1 very ripe banana 🍌
1 cup of oats
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 teaspoon of cocoa
Mashed banana, tahini and cocoa together
Add coconut and then oats.
Stir everything together until the oats are well coated.
And, if you want to, you can taste the mixture to make sure the sweetness* is to your liking.
*for extra sweetness you can add overnight soaked date(s)
Then spread the mixture out evenly on a baking tray, so it can toast properly in the oven.
Bake in a 180ºC oven for 20-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through the baking process.
Make sure that the mixture is cooked / dry.
You can use this chocolate bits:
- just like this
- on top of coconut yogurt
- as a granola (would suggest to add some nuts during the preparation of the mixture)
