With the New Moon Ritual coming in a few days, it is the perfect time to share my favourite practice on this day.
Get your colouring pencils out and get ready to have fun!!!
If you can print this drawing on watercolour paper, you will be able to use different type of medium to add colours.
If not, use mainly pencils or markers...
You will find below a dream catcher as well as a Mandala.
Print one or more of them and choose 3 emotions / goals / wishes.
When you have picked the emotions, intuitively think of a colour to represent each emotion.
Joy = Orange
Calm = Blue
Health = Green
When you start colouring your Mandala or Dream Catcher, feel and connect to one emotion at a time.
Use this feeling, this connection to paint your Mandala.
Use the same process for all 3 colours.
I do this on the day of the New Moon Ritual.
After I have created my list of goals, wishes, and will place the list and the Mandala (or Dream Catcher) next to each other on my bedside table.
I will be able to look at it before going to bed and when I wake up.
Remember to connect with your emotions while doing this so you can create more of joy, love, serenity... in your life.
