Apple: red, green or yellow. They can be eaten raw or cooked.
This is my easy apple desert or breakfast for any apple lovers.

15-20 min cooking
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil (butter)
5gm of walnuts (or other nuts)
5gm of sultanas
Drizzle of honey (if you like it sweet)
Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees C
Scoop out the core from top of the apple, leaving a well.
Do not cut all the way through.
Mix the following ingredients: Coconut oil, cinnamon, sultanas and walnuts.
Stuff each apple with the mixture.
Place in a baking dish and drizzle with honey.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until apples are tender.
Enjoy with coconut yoghurt or on its own.
