Autumn or Winter, Hot Chocolate is always a good idea ;-)
Healthy hot chocolate sweetened with dates and flavoured with cinnamon and cocoa powder. I am using almond milk, please feel free to try with other milk to truly enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate.

Vegetable Stock Concentrate
4 sticks celery, chopped into thirds - keep leaves on
2 carrots, chopped into rough slices - cm thick approx
1 onion, peeled halved
1 tomato, halved
1 l large zucchini, 2 cm slices approx
1 clove garlic

1 cup overripe bananas

No Refined Sugar, just bananas
Add bananas in a blender and combine few spoons of water💧
Blend until you have a smooth puree, you can add more water if needed.

Overnight soaked date is a great substitue for refined sugar
Remove pit from the date(s)
Boil some water 💧 and add enough to cover the date(s)

1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 teaspoon of cocoa
Mashed banana, tahini and cocoa together
Add coconut and then oats.

Yes, some food can be placed in the refrigerator but not all of them.
